PE «VEL» possesses unique equipment for straightening thin stainless steel wire. Straightening of the wire occurs with its simultaneous strengthening.
The result of straightening is high-worked wire for the production of mandrels, needles, stylets, guides used in the production of medical products.
Straight wire diameter from 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
The wire can be made both in sections of arbitrary length and in continuous form, wound on a coil or in a coil.
5. Manufacturing of strands (micro-ropes) of various structures from stainless microwires.
6. Production of conductors (bougie) in the form of a spiral from stainless steel with a core.

The rubbers used are certified for biocompatibility ISO 10993, USP Class VI. Tube diameter from 0.5 mm outside, 0.25 mm inside.

— Thermoplastic polymers and tubes from them.
