The installation of thin wire is put into operation.
This type of equipment is used for the straightening of stainless steel wire with a diameter of 0,1–0,5 mm. designed to make medical parts, such as mandrens, conductors.
The installation works with wire from the coil. The straightened wire can be cut into segments of arbitrary length or reeled in the form of a large-diameter bay.
The development and manufacture of the thin wire straighting unit was carried out by VEL NPP.
VEL NPP performs custom-made wire straightening of different diameters from materials with a wide range of properties.
